RESPONSIBILITIES :
• As a team, we closely work with Engineering to develop a good all-round understanding of Applications and tools. Diligence and attention to detail are some key skills along with an ability to multitask and prioritise work appropriately. We also coordinate with multiple business functions, so it’s important that we are clear and concise in our communications.
• Monitoring and Managing Chargebee Application & Systems (Cloudwatch, Datadog, NewRelic are some tools used in combination for effective monitoring).
• Incident Handling and Escalation. Follows standard protocols to triage and escalate to next level (identifies and responds to problems, coordinates with SRE / Engineering / any other required team, and ensures closure).
• Access Provisioning and Configuration (Application and Tool access, Handles Production Application configurations, Other user and customer-related activities).
• Change Management (Adhere and ensures change policy checklist, standards for all Systems updates, and production level activities).
• Maintains & Manages Server level changes, Application upgrades.
• Ensures to maintain defined SLA – both Internal and External, by following set protocols.
• Coordinates effectively within the team and across teams to meet delivery and SLA.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Good Knowledge Python/Java and a strong understanding of Unix/Linux networking operating systems.
Analytical and Interpersonal skills to solve problems efficiently.
Ability to Debug issues and identifying root cause
Should be able to smartly categories and prioritise tasks based on its importance.
Intermediate to Strong Knowledge Networking concepts in Cloud.
Good Knowledge in Web Monitoring tools like Cloudwatch.
Clear communication both verbal and written.
Technical sound with excellent documentation skills.
Should be ready to learn and move towards system automations.
Knowledge of orchestration tools like Ansible, Terraform, etc.
Certifications:
AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solution Architect (Associate) or Any
